Peppered Welsh Rarebit

Ingredients
  Beer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese 1 Pound, shredded
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Toast slice 4 , cut in triangles
Directions

Combine beer, mustard, paprika, cayenne and Worcestershire sauce in 1-quart casserole.
Microwave 2 minutes on HIGH, or until mixture is warm.
Stir in cheese.
Microwave 4 minutes on '6', or until cheese melts, stirring twice.
Stir a little of the hot mixture into egg.
Add warmed egg to cheese mixture.
Stir until smooth.
Microwave 2 minutes on '6'.
Stir and serve over toast triangles.
For ovens without solid state heat control, Microwave 5 minutes on '5', and 2 minutes, 10 seconds on '5'.
