|Onion||1 Medium, chopped (0.5 Cup)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt/1 clove garlic, minced||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Mushroom stems and pieces||8 Ounce, drained|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot cooked noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in butter until onion is tender.
Stir in flour, salt, garlic salt, pepper and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soup; simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream; heat through.
Serve over noodles.
Sprinkle with snipped parsley.
