Traditional Irish Stew
|Lamb stew||2 Pound (For Stew)|
|Brown gravy mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce (With Mushroom)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Potatoes||4 Medium, peeled and cut into eighths|
|Onions||4 Medium, quartered|
|Carrot||1 , chopped|
Place lamb in 3-quart microproof casserole.
Stir gravy mix into water.
Pour over lamb.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on 70, 50 minutes, stirring once during cooking time.
Stir in vegetables until well coated with gravy.
Cover and cook on 50, 40 to 50 minutes, or until vegetables and lamb are tender.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
