|Broiler fryer chicken||1 , cut up (2 1/2 to3 pounds)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Arrange chicken in 2 1/2-quart microproof casserole, placing thicker portions around outside of dish and chicken wings in center.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Pour milk into 2-cup glass measure and cook on HI, l 1/2 minutes.
Pour hot milk around chicken.
Cover and cook on 70, 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Stir flour into sour cream.
Remove chicken pieces and stir sour cream into milk.
Cover and cook on 80, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until hot.
Pour around chicken to serve.
