Beef And Mushroom Stroganoff
|Sirloin steak||2 Pound, cut in half-inch strips|
|Frozen chopped onion||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Coat meat with flour.
In a large skillet heat oil; add meat, onion and mushrooms.
Saute quickly over high heat just until brown.
Remove skillet from heat.
Stir in sour cream, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat thoroughly but do not boil.
Transfer to a warm serving dish or a chafing dish.
Prepare 2 C of instant rice in the same skillet (don't wash it out) following package directions.
Spoon rice around meat mixture to serve.
