Creamy Swiss Salad

Ingredients
  Bite size pieces salad greens 4 Cup (64 tbs), chilled
  Shredded swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced pimiento stuffed olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light cream 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine salad greens, cheese, olives and eggs in large salad bowl.
Blend mayonnaise, cream, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over greens and toss.
If desired, garnish with tomato wedges.
