Prepare hot roll dough as directed, but add cardamom seed to batter.
Let rise once, as directed.
Roll dough out on floured surface in an 8 x 12-inch rectangle.
Cut in three strips, lengthwise.
Place strips on greased cookie sheet and braid.
Pinch ends together and tuck under.
Let rise until double in size, about 30 minutes.
Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with mixture of sugar and nuts.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350Â° F.
