Irresistible Irish Coffee
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
|Confectioner's sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground coffee||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Irish whiskey/Brandy||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Around 4 Ounces)|
|Granulated sugar||8 Teaspoon|
In chilled bowl, beat cream, confectioners' sugar and vanilla until stiff.
Prepare coffee, using the 3/4 cup ground coffee and the 3 cups water.
Heat mugs by rinsing with boiling water; drain.
Add 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) whiskey and 1 to 2 teaspoons granulated sugar to each mug; stir.
Pour hot coffee into each mug.
Top with the whipped cream.
