Easy Orange Chicken Burger
|Ground chicken||1 Pound|
|Fresh mint||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Herbs de provence||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
1.In a bowl combine the ground chicken with herbs de provence, the zest of the orange, salt and mix well with your hands.
2.In another bowl, put 1 cup of mayonnaise and combine it with the fresh mint and set it aside.
3.Roll the meat in your hands making the preferred size of meat patty.
4.In a non-stick pan on medium heat, fry the meat patty until they are cooked evenly on both sides.
5.Once the patty is ready, slather mint mayonnaise on one side of the bun while you place the meat patty on the other half of the bun topping it with a slice of orange on the meat patty.
6.Serve the burger with tomato ketchup or any hot sauce if you so desire.
