Prepare dough as for Swedish Bread and let rise.
Reserve 1 tsp. egg-yolk for glazing instead of egg white and mix with 1 tsp. cold water.
Cut dough into 3 pieces of equal size and roll into long strips.
Then braid.
Put on greased sheet, cover and let rise.
Brush over with egg yolk mixture.
Bake in hot oven of 400°F. for 1 hr.
