White Russian Chlodnik is a delicious version of soup. I bet, once served at a party, you will have a huge fan following!
Ingredients
  Buttermilk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Diced cooked shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced seeded cucumber 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), unpeeled
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Dried dill/2 tsp chopped fresh dill 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Fennel powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine 4 cups buttermilk, 1 cup diced, cooked shrimp, 3/4 cup diced, seeded, unpeeled cucumber, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 1 teaspoon grated onion, 1 teaspoon dried dill (or 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill), 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon powdered fennel, and 1/4 teaspoon white pepper.
Let stand at room temperature at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Chill before serving.
