Shrimp In Asparagus

Port Aransas, on the Mustang Island is one of the places for birdwatching. It sports summer crowd and winter crowd. The Sensational Shrimp and Asparagus dish is made in two specific steps to make the sauce and cook shrimp in asparagus.
Ingredients
  Garlic clove 1
  Salt To Taste
  Creme fraiche 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Butterflied shrimp 1 Pound
  Pancetta 3 Ounce, sliced
  Shallot 1 Medium, sliced
  Fresh asparagus 1 Pound
  Garlic clove 1 , pressed
  Softened butter 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon, freshly grounded
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, add crème fraiche, olive oil, chives, and lemon juice, mix well.

MAKING
2) Put a sauté pan over medium heat. Pour olive oil.
3) Sauté pancetta in oil until it is crisp. Take it out of pan.
4) Sauté asparagus and shallot until it becomes tender.
5) Crumble the pancetta and add in pan.
6) Push aside vegetables and pancetta mixture and add shrimp, cook for 2 minutes.
7) Mix vegetables, pancetta and shrimp together.
8) Add butter and fresh garlic.

SERVING
8) Serve with lemon cream sauce.
