Chicken Liver Stroganoff

Ingredients
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium
  Chicken livers 1 Pound
  Dry vermouth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add oil, and place over medium heat until hot.
Add mushrooms and onion; saute unril tender.
Add chicken livers; cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
Add tomato paste and next 5 ingredients, stirring well.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Melt margarine in a small heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Stir in yogurt; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
Pour over liver mixture, stirring well.
Serve hot over Parsleyed Noodles.
