Swiss Oatmeal

This Swiss Oatmeal dish is a breakfast recipe. Enjoy this deadly combination of oats and nuts in your breakfast and share your feelings for this recipe!
  Regular oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raw bran 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried apricots 5 Ounce
  Slivered almonds 2 Ounce
  Yogurt brown sugar topping 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon

Combine first 4 ingredients, and spread in a jellyroll pan.
Bake at 350° for 10 minures, stirring occasionally.
Let cool completely.
Combine oar mixture, raisins, apricots, and almonds.
Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
To serve, place 1/2 cup oar mixture in individual bowls, and top with 1/4 cup Yogurt-Brown Sugar Topping.
Sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon to garnish.
