Bulgarian Meatball Soup

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Long grain rice 6 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Savory 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Liter
  Bouillon cubes/2 tbsp (30 ml) liquid beef bouillon concentrate 2
  Green onions 8
  Green pepper 1 Large
  Carrots 2 Medium
  Tomatoes 3
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix together the ground beef, rice, paprika, savory, salt and pepper.
Shape into small 1-inch (2.5 cm) meatballs.
Roll each one in flour.
Place in a 12-cup (3 L) microwave-safe bowl the boiling water, beef bouillon cubes or beef concentrate, green onions, green pepper, carrots and tomatoes.
Microwave at HIGH 25 minutes.
Add the meatballs.
Microwave at HIGH 8 minutes.
Add the parsley and microwave another minute at HIGH.
When ready to serve, beat the egg and lemon juice and add to the hot soup while stirring.
Serve.
