|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash, squeeze|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parlsey||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Method Melt butter in a small pan and, when lightly browned, immediately add parsley and Wor- cestershire sauce, or lemon juice, and pour over meat.
