Parsley Butter

Ingredients
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash, squeeze
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parlsey 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Method Melt butter in a small pan and, when lightly browned, immediately add parsley and Wor- cestershire sauce, or lemon juice, and pour over meat.
