Ingredients
  French bread loaf 2
  Soft butter 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dry leaf marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Dry leaf thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Sage powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Swiss cheese slice 12 Ounce
Directions

Cut bread on diagonal into 1-inch slices.
Blend butter, herbs and Tabasco.
Cut cheese slices into pieces about the size of bread slices.
Spread bread slices with butter mixture and add a piece of cheese, reassembling loaves as you go along.
Wrap loaves in heavy duty aluminum foil.
Heat oven to 400 degrees at serving time.
Heat bread about 20 minutes or until very hot and crustv.
