- Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Slow Cooked on a Yoder YS640 Pellet Grill

A meatloaf has fallen from heaven! It's that good! 4.5 lbs. of 8020 ground beef mixed with bacon, medium cheddar cheese herbs spices and Worcestershire smoked low and slow with hickory to make a tender full flavored meatloaf that is very moist. It was a big hit with my family.


Thick bacon slice 9 , slow cooked
Eggs 4
Reduce sodium ketchup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Reduced sodium worcestershire sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
Coarse ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
80/20 ground beef 4 1/2 Pound
Chopped red onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Shredded medium cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Italian bread crumb 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For topping
Ketchup 2 Tablespoon (as needed)
Bacon slice 8 (as needed)



1. Slow cook bacon on grill at 225 degree F to desired doneness. Chop and set aside.


2. In a medium sized bowl, combine eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, black pepper, and garlic. Mix well.

3. In a large bowl, place ground beef and pour the egg mixture into it. Mix to combine.

4. Add cooked bacon, onion, cheese, and bread crumb. Mix well and form the mixture into meatloaf.

5. Brush the loaf with ketchup and place on greased smoking rack. Drape it with bacon strips.

6. Place in oven and cook at 225 degree F until the internal temperature reaches 160 degree. Remove from oven and let rest for 15-20 minutes.


7. Cut into slices and serve.
