Ingredients

Plums 5 Medium , cut into quarters
Raisins 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 2 Tablespoon (to taste)
Tea/Water 3 Cup (48 tbs) (as needed)
Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Water 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a bowl mix cornstarch and water till it dissolves. Set aside.

MAKING

3. In a stoneware ramekin add plums, raisins, sugar and tea. Cover with the lid and place it on a baking sheet.

4. Bake for around 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the cornstarch slurry (stir it well before adding). Mix well to incorporate.

5. Return to oven either covered or uncovered and continue to bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

SERVING

6. In a serving bowl serve the pluma moos hot as dessert.
