|Crushed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|

Combine mincemeat and pineapple.
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry; 'fill; adjust top pastry cover, and seal edges.
Bake in 425°F. oven about 30 to 35 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
Note: To reheat, place in 300°F. oven about 20 minutes.
