3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
1. Chop zucchini, carrot, yellow pepper, sweet onion, and broccoli.
2. In a bowl, combine lime juice, pesto garlic spice blend, honey, and olive oil.
3. Add toasted sunflower seeds, chopped zucchini, carrot, yellow pepper, sweet onion, and broccoli. Toss well. Let it marinate for about 1-2 hours before serving.
