Ingredients
  Zucchini 1
  Carrot 1
  Yellow pepper 1
  Sweet onion 1
  Broccoli head 1
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Lime juiced 1
  Pesto garlic spice blend 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon (1-2)
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop zucchini, carrot, yellow pepper, sweet onion, and broccoli.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine lime juice, pesto garlic spice blend, honey, and olive oil.
3. Add toasted sunflower seeds, chopped zucchini, carrot, yellow pepper, sweet onion, and broccoli. Toss well. Let it marinate for about 1-2 hours before serving.

SERVING
4. Serve with grilled chicken and enjoy!
