Vanilla Meringue Drops
|Powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butterscotch chips||6 Ounce|
|Flaked coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Corn flakes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine egg whites, salt and vanilla; beat until stiff peaks form, but not dry.
Beat in sugar until stiff and satiny.
Fold in all remaining ingredients.
Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
