Whole Cauliflower Polonaise
|Cauliflower head||1 Medium|
|Salted water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Toasted bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Hard cooked egg yolk||1|
Trim off leaves, and cut from cauliflower as much of core as possible without harming flowerets.
Gently boil 18Ã¢â‚¬â€20 minutes or until tender.
Place in serving dish; then, combine melted butter or margarine and parsley, and pour over cauliflower.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and egg yolk.
