Welsh Rarebit On Toast

Ingredients
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Beer/Ginger ale 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter or margarine in top of double boiler.
Add flour, mustard and salt; then stir in milk gradually.
Cook over direct heat until mixture thickens.
Place over gently simmering water.
Add Worcestershire sauce and cayenne; stir in cheese, and continue to stir until cheese is melted.
Just before serving, stir in beer.
Serve over toast points.
