Turkey Osso Buco

Stuck with the legs and wings again? Five minutes of prep and a slow cooker will give you an unbelievably delicious dish with almost no effort using stuff you already have in the house. Serve over pasta, rice or potatoes. You can even prep this the night before and set it going when you leave for work the next day.
Ingredients
  Turkey leg with skin 600 Gram
  Turkey wings with skin 400 Gram
  Tomato can 32 Ounce
  Onion 1 Medium, chop
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chop
  Celery stalk 1 Small, chop
  Carrot 1 Small, chop
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a food processor chop the vegetables along with onion and garlic.

MAKING
2. In a crockpot mix the turkey legs, turkey wings, chopped vegetables and tomato.
3. Set the timer on high and cook for 4 hours and if low then cook for 8 hours.

SERVING
4. Serve it with pasta, rice or potatoes.
