Irish Gingerbread

Ingredients
  Sifted flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and ginger into mix- ing bowl.
Add sugar.
Combine eggs, buttermilk, shortening and molasses.
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients all at once; beat for 3 minutes.
Pour into well-greased and lightly floured 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes until ginger- bread springs back when touched lightly in center.
Serve warm.

oh my goodness this was delcious!! Muy Bien!! Im sittin by kaylene cause ya!! ugghh immm soo boredd!! lallalalalal!! i actually never made it haha!! im just in class at eighth grade being bored! lol! lmao
