Tartar Sauce

Here’s a super easy recipe for tartar sauce. No need to ever buy it again. Use it to eat with seafood and fish.
Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Red onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Relish 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch (to taste)
  Pepper 1 Pinch (to taste)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, red onion and relish.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
before using. Chopped capers can also be added to this.

SERVING
3. This sauce can be used with fish, pork or any meat and on salads as a garnish.
