Russian Dressing

Traditionally, Russian dressing is made from yogurt or sour cream. However, this is a perfectly acceptable way to make it. You can use this as a salad dressing or as a sandwich spread.

Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
Pickle/Relish 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Prepared horseradish 1/2 Teaspoon
White onion 1/2 Teaspoon , chopped finely

1. In a bowl put all the ingredients and whisk together.

2. Refrigerate it before use.

3. Use this dressing to make Russian salad or sandwiches of choice or refrigerate for about 2 weeks in a covered container.
