|Buttered bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crumbled bleu cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Cut tops off tomatoes; cut tomatoes in wedges from top toward bottom as for petals.
Spread; sprinkle with sugar and salt.
Place in pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Add croutons and cheese; bake until cheese bubbles.
