Hot Dutch Dressing
|Bacon strips||4 , diced|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Fry bacon in skillet until crisp; drain and crumble.
Beat egg; beat in sugar.
Stir in vinegar and 1 tablespoon water; stir into pan drippings in skillet.
Cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
Add bacon; cool slightly before using.
