Savory Rissoles

This video shows what you can make with a few leftovers from the fridge -very tasty indeed!
  Mashed potato 12 Ounce
  Sweet corn 1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)
  Peas 1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)
  Cooked diced carrots 1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)
  Cooked tomatoes 1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs) (Grilled)
  Grated cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce (Cheddar cheese used)
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 1 Medium, beaten
  Black pepper To Taste
For molding the patties
  Wholemeal flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For dusting)
For frying the rissoles
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (As needed)

1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients for the rissoles, and using a fork mix to combine everything well.
2. Take small portions form the prepared batter, dust your palms with flour and mold the batter in the shape of patties and set aside. (The patties may be coated well with the flour)

3. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides. (Fry them for about 5 minutes each side)
4. When golden and crispy on both sides, remove into a serving plate.

5. Serve warm with baked beans.
