Classic Meringue Cookies

Ingredients
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 3
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Add salt, vinegar and vanilla to egg whites.
Beat until egg whites form stiff peaks.
Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until stiff and glossy.
Drop from table- spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
