Once a Week Kitchen - How to Make Turkey Stroganoff

Unique cookery system tried and tested by the author over many years. Easy, economical and nutritious cooking which converts easily to ready meals.
  Ready rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Turkey breast 1 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Onion 2 , sliced
  Sour cream 6 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 6 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon

1. In a wok, heat butter, add turkey, fry for a couple of minutes. Add onion, fry for about 10 minutes.
2. Add in the sherry, water, salt and pepper, paprika and mustard. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
3. Add sour cream and stir to mix.

4. Serve hot with ready rice.
