Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Green pepper 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Dill pickle 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients well.
Cover; refrigerate.Combine all ingredients; until ready to serve.
