Ingredients
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Macaroni 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked
Directions

"Whip cream until stiff.
Soften cream cheese; beat into whipped cream.
Add sugar/vinegar and horse- radish; fold in macaroni.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving."
