Tartare Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Pint (300 milliliter)
  Capers 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Gherkins 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Onions 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Hard boiled egg whites 3 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Chopped tarragon/Chervil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a bowl, and add all ingredients and whisk well.
2. Season according to taste preferences.

SERVING
3. Serve tartar sauce as a seasoning for fried seaffods.
