|Finely ground nuts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Except Peanuts)|
|Canned sour red cherries||4 Cup (64 tbs), pitted and drained|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Strudel dough||18 Ounce (Ready To Use)|
1 Lightly oil the strudel dough.
2 Evenly spread the nuts over half the oiled strudel dough.
3 Cover with the cherries.
4 Sprinkle with sugar.
5 Carefully roll up in a jelly roll fashion.
6 Lightly brush with oil or melted butter.
7 Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degree F
8 Cut into 1-inch slices while warm and serve with coffee
