Mixed Dried Fruit Strudel

Ingredients
  Prunes 1 Pound, pitted
  Dates 1 Pound, pitted
  Candied mixed fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole lemon 1
  Walnuts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Strudel dough 500 Gram (Ready To Use, As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a food chopper, put the prunes, dates, candied fruit, lemon and walnuts.
2 Grind well.
3 Equally divide the strudel dough in two.
4 Spread the rolled dough with oil.
5 Use half the fruit mixture for each.
6 Carefully roll up.
7 Lightly brush with oil.
8 Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
9. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degree F until golden brown.

SERVING
10 Cut into 1-inch slices while warm and serve with coffee
