Mixed Dried Fruit Strudel
|Prunes||1 Pound, pitted|
|Dates||1 Pound, pitted|
|Candied mixed fruit||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Strudel dough||500 Gram (Ready To Use, As Required)|
1 In a food chopper, put the prunes, dates, candied fruit, lemon and walnuts.
2 Grind well.
3 Equally divide the strudel dough in two.
4 Spread the rolled dough with oil.
5 Use half the fruit mixture for each.
6 Carefully roll up.
7 Lightly brush with oil.
8 Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
9. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degree F until golden brown.
10 Cut into 1-inch slices while warm and serve with coffee
