Apricot Crumble

Ingredients
  Plain flour 6 Ounce
  Butter 3 Ounce
  Caster sugar 3 Ounce
  Canned apricot halves 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, sieve the flour
2) Using the hands rub the butter in to resemble a course mixture
3) Add in the caster sugar
4) Drain the apricots in a colander
5) Place the apricots into a 1 1/2 pint sized greased baking dish
6) Pile the crumble mixture over the fruit to cover completely
7) Bake in a moderate oven of 325 F for about 15-20 minutes till golden

SERVING
8) Serve the crumble with some cream
