Matzo Fry

Ingredients
  Matzos 4 (Whole)
  Eggs 3
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Fat 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Hold matzos under cold running water until it becomes soft.
2. Place it in a shallow dish.
3. In a bowl, break eggs. Add salt.
4. Pour it over matzos. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
5. Fry it in butter or fat until it browns on both sides.

SERVING
6. Serve Matzo Fry hot.
