Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread slice 1 1⁄2 , crumbled
  Dried onion flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Beef bouillon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

"Combine ground round steak, egg, milk, crumbs, onion, salt and sugar with spices; mix lightly.
Shape into small balls; brown in skillet in small amount of hot fat.
Mix bouillon, garlic powder and dillweed; pour over meatballs.
Simmer, covered, for 30 min- utes; add additional bouillon, if needed.
Stir in sour cream; simmer until sauce is just heated through.
Serve in chafing dish."
