1 Dash (Rinse Glass)
Pour a small amount of absinthe into a cocktail glass and swirl it around, pour our remaining ingredient leaving a rinsed glass. Stir bols genever and rich simple syrup in a cocktail shaker (or glass) for 15-seconds and strain into the cocktail glass. Serve.
