Ground Beef Stroganoff

|Ground beef mix||3 Cup (48 tbs), thawed|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||8 Ounce, undrained (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot cooked noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||3 Tablespoon|
1. In a large pan, tip in the onion, garlic and celery and saute till done. Reduce heat and simmer again for 5 minutes.
2. Add the sour cream and cook again for 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with parsley and serve over hot cooked noodles.
