Microwave Welsh Rarebit
|Cheddar cheese||1 Pound, grated (4 cups)|
|Beer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Crusty french bread||1|
1. In a large microwave proof bow, place the cheese, beer, salt, Worcestershire, and dry mustard and mix well. Cook these on a MEDIUM (5) for 8 to 9 minutes or until cheese melts
2. Beat the eggs and add gradually to prevent curdling. Cook on MEDIUM (5) for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture thickens.
3. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Serve the eggs over bread slices or cubes.
