Ingredients
  Diet strawberry gelatin 3 Ounce (1 package)
  Diet lime gelatin 3 Ounce (1 package)
  Diet orange gelatin 3 Ounce (1 package)
  Diet lemon gelatin 9 Ounce (3 packages)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 Individually, prepare the first 3 diet gelatins, using 1 1/2 cups water each.
2 In separate shallow pans, refrigerate each until thoroughly firm.
3 Dice each into tiny cubes.
4 Mix all 3 packages of lemon diet gelatin with 2 3/4 cups water.
5 Allow to thicken.
6 When the mixture is very thick, but not firm, stir in heavy cream.
7 Allow to thicken again.
8 Gradually fold in all flavors of gelatin cubes and vanilla extract.
9 Transfer to a decorative mold, and place in the refrigerator, chill until thoroughly firm.

SERVING
10 Serve as desired.
