Pennsylvania Dutch Salad

This recipe of Pennsylvania Dutch Salad was picked up by me from a gourmet magazine, I twisted it a little bit to meet my taste here I am, sharing my version with you. The goodness vegetable comes from the dandelion greens and makes this a healthy treat. A great side dish is one like this. Just try this yummy recipe. I am sure you will love it!
Ingredients
  Tender dandelion greens 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Packed)
  Bacon 4 , chopped (Thick Slices)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , sliced
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a saucepan, heat the bacon and fry till crisp, then crumble.

MAKING
2) In a salad bowl, arrange the dandelion greens.
3) Add bacon crumbles and drippings over the greens.
4) In a skillet, blend together the salad dressing, egg, salt, flour, sugar, vinegar, and water.
5) Allow to cook, while stirring, till smooth and thickened.
6) Pour the hot mix over the greens and mix well.

SERVING
7) Top with sliced eggs.
8) Serve immediately.
