|California brandy||1 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1 Jigger)|
|Hot coffee||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||3 Tablespoon (Or As Needed)|
|Semi sweet chocolate shavings||4 Ounce (Or As Needed)|
1. In a saucepan, mix together brandy and coffee.
2. Add sugar to taste and stir well.
3. Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
