Ingredients
  Egg whites 4
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Lime juice/1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar / tartaric acid 1 Teaspoon
  Castor sugar 225 Gram (Plus Extra For Sprinkling)
  Castor sugar 1 Tablespoon (For Sprinkling)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven.
2.Prepare the baking tray.

MAKING
3.Take a large copper bowl, rinse it with water and whisk egg whites in it until light.
4.Stir in salt and lime juice or tartar and keep whisking until light.
5.Add a sprinkling of 1 heaped tablespoon of castor sugar and continue whisking for 30 more seconds until creamy.
6.Make a well in the center and fold half the quantity of sugar using a metal spoon.
7.Add the remaining sugar and stir well.
8.Take a piping bag with large plain or rosette nozzle and fill the meringue mixture in it.
9.Pipe the mixture in cone shape on a baking tray at distance of 2 inches.
10.Add a sprinkling of extra castor sugar and bake for 45 minutes- 60 minutes.
11.Bake until firm and crispy.
12.Using a wet palette knife, remove from the tray and allow to cool on wire rack.

SERVING
13.Serve as desired.
