Claret Cup

Ingredients
  Claret 1 Quart
  Lemon juice 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Brandy 2 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Gill)
  Curacao 1 1⁄3 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Gill, Brown Variety)
  Maraschino 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Plain syrup 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Lemon slices 3
  Orange slice 2
  Cucumber slice 1
  Fresh fruit slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Needed)
  Soda water 1 Liter (1 Bottle)
  Ice lump 1 Large
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a large bowl, place ice lumps at bottom and pour Claret on top.
2. Stir in Brandy, Yellow Chartreuse, Maraschino, Lemon Juice, Plain Syrup and Soda Water.
3. Using a strainer, strain the drink.

SERVING
4. In a large tumbler, pour strained drink.
5. Garnish top with slices of Lemon, Orange, Cucumber, sprigs of Mint and Fresh Fruit.

TIPS
Brown Curacao can be used in place of Yellow Chartreuse.
