Check out this versatile and deliciously rich Steak Tartare. Quick and simple to make, serve and delight in this Steak Tartare whichever way you please!
|Top round anchovies||2 Pound|
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Worcestershire sauce||To Taste|
Grind the meat three times with the anchovies.
Season highly to taste with onion, Worcestershire, salt and freshly ground pep- per.
Mix in egg yolks.
Make into a mound and serve with onion rings and anchovies.
